Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
The shipping charge included within the online shop applies to the U.K. only.
We welcome international orders, but obviously due to weight and distance variables, we ask international customers to use the 'contact us' link, where we will be happy to quote shipping on each individual order.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally dispatch your order to you in three working days We will inform you via e-mail or telephone of any orders, or part of orders not able to be despatched within that time.

17.5% VAT is included in all prices.

Returns Policy
If for any reason, the goods purchased are unsuitable, a replacement may be sent or a refund will be given for the value of the goods returned, provided they are returned in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Postage will be charged for all goods returned for exchange.
If the goods being returned are faulty or due to an error on our part, your postage costs will be refunded.
